Join the JA Counter wellness challenge Live Healthy | Live Well and take advantage of our 2 week healthy living boot camp and 4 week online weight loss challenge.
We start by learning about the most common source of weight gain, sugar and sweeteners. Participants can expect a basic overview of the negative impact sugar has on diets and our bodies and how to avoid them in your daily diets and nutrition goals. Next we arm you with the tools to create a meal plan to fit your busy life.
At the end of the 2 weeks participants are encouraged to join the independent online weight loss challenge, DietBet. Often referred to as Social Dieting, DietBet isn’t just a game. It’s a whole new way to think about weight loss. Losing weight is now fun. It’s social. DietBet is about winning by losing together … with people who share your goals and struggles.

Participants will receive instructions for joining DietBet and participating on their own once the JA Counter 2 week boot camp is complete. During the 4 week DietBet challenge participants will continue to receive tips and resources from JA Counter to help you be as successful as possible during this portion of the challenge.
Dates You Need To Know:
- Registration for this challenge ends on April 30th
- The Live Healthy | Live Well challenge begins on May 4th
- The DietBet registration will be open through May 17th (there is a separate registration and $30 fee for this portion of the challenge only)
- The boot camp will last 2 weeks, ending on May 15th
- The DietBet challenge will kick off on May 18th -June 15th
